Reiki 1 training
Great for holistic practitioners to have in their tool kit as a soothing complementary service for their clients as well as a great technique for personal well being and self-care.
Reiki 1 training includes the history of Reiki, introduction to meditation and energywork, the principles and ethics of Reiki, and self-care techniques. The Reiki 1 training and attunement guides you to become a channel for Reiki so that you may direct the healing energy to yourself, your loved ones, pets and plants. During the training you have the opportunity to practice the techniques and give and receive Reiki. Continuing education is available.
Reiki 1 classes meet four times. Each class is 60 minutes. Cost: $200. To complete training, your attendence at each class is required. Register for Reiki training here

Reiki 2 training
Reiki 2 training includes more in depth meditation and visualization practice, how to create a healing space, introduction to the Reiki symbols, Reiki for emotional and mental healing, distance healing, and more practice giving Reiki to others. After the Reiki 2 attunement, you have increased capacity for directing Reiki flow to yourself, loved ones and clients, if you so choose. During the training you have the opportunity to practice the techniques, give and receive Reiki. Continuing education is available after completion to further your studies.
