My mission is enacting positive changes and wellness practices with individuals and communities seeking vitality and balance. Through my practice, I co-create and hold space for my clients and students to explore the inner and outer factors contributing to the balance of vitality and healthy habits in their lives. My services were designed to educate and empower others with tools and techniques to facilitate their transformation to deeper states of inner balance, awareness of the subtle energies all around us and to experience the interconnection of all living beings.
